Angry Minute In AMERICA I feel we should have some rights, but it seems like there are those who wish to take those invaluable rights away. A wise man once said, “He who sacrifices freedom for security deserves neither.” His name was Benny Franklin and he believed in AMERICA! He believed in the freedom of speech and he believed in the law of the land.
I’m sorry Mr. Franklin. America keeps taking a huge dump on your grave. Just SEE THIS ARTICLE and you too will see the dumping in progress.
So what’s the big deal? 5 high school students in California decide to wear t-shirts with the American flag on them, IN AMERICA. Oh no, the HORROR!!! But people are getting pissy about this because they did it on May 5th, some sort of Mexican Holiday that most Americans celebrate just for the fact it gives us another reason to drink (ala St Patrick’s Day and Feb 13th). But since they are in California and the school has a high volume of Latinos these boys were instructed they MUST remove their American wears or be SUSPENDED?!?! WHAT THE FRAK?!?!
So why am I so ANGRY? Well let’s go to the ever so popular LIST OF ANGER to dissect this injustice.

1. Freedom of Expression: In December 1965 a few brave individuals decided to show their distain for the Vietnam War by wearing black armbands to school. The school suspended them, but these freedom fighters stood their ground and presented their case to the Supreme Court. And it was ruled that wearing an armband was quiet and passive and was not disruptive and did not impinge upon the rights of others (Tinker v. Des Moines). Wearing a t-shirt of the American Flag on ANY DAY should be allowed here in AMERICA. These students were silently protesting and THEY HAVE THAT RIGHT! For a school administrator to DEMAND the removal of non-offensive clothing is, well, offensive. Especially when that school administrator is of LATINO decent.
2. American Pride = Anti-Mexican?: When did the American Flag start standing as an anti-Mexican symbol? It is being reported that Latino students were “offended” that an AMERICAN student would wear an AMERICAN T-shirt on AMERICAN soil during a Mexican holiday. Whatever happened to the Pledge of Allegiance? What ever happen to being American and being PROUD of it? Who says that wearing an American symbol on a Mexican holiday makes us Anti-Mexican? Would wearing a Jewish shirt on Christmas be deemed Anti-Jesus? Would wearing a Vin Diesel shirt to a Sylvester Stallone movie be considered Anti-Rambo? When the New Orleans Saints won the Super Bowl I was wearing a Pro-Wrestling T-Shirt; did that make me Anti-Football? See how ridiculous this shit is?
3. Choosing Heritage: I’m glad people have pride for their heritage, but if you think your heritage is BETTER then AMERICA you need to GET THE FRAK OUT! I have pride in my Irish heritage, but if someone wore an American Flag on St Patty’s Day I wouldn’t be offended… actually I WOULD BE HAPPY AND START A USA CHANT!!! My ancestors loved Ireland, but they left because they wanted to make a better life HERE IN AMERICA (and they came here LEGALLY). I have pride for ALL MY HERITAGE not just the past. If the past was so great why don’t you go back? Oh that’s right because IT IS BETTER HERE! SO SHUT THE FRAK UP!

I believe these kids were in the right to wear American clothing regardless of their reason and as such I am tired of hearing the bitching and complaining from all Mexicans on this matter. I’m tired of the number of illegals that currently taking AMERICAN jobs, I’m tired of the illegal drugs that are grown and then smuggled in from Mexico that our children are dying off of, and I’m tired of the illegal rapings and killings that the Mexican culture has embraced on a daily basis. Seems like every time we speak about Mexico it always involves the word ILLEGAL. You want to have Mexican pride, go right ahead, but DON’T TREAD ON MY AMERICAN PRIDE! Else you can get the FRAK out of my country.

Angry Minute Yeah, you’ve seen and heard it about a million times:
“This telecast is copyrighted by the NFL for the private use of our audience. Any other use of this telecast or any pictures, descriptions, or accounts of the game without the NFL’s consent is prohibited.”
Yeah, and I’m a 14-foot twonicorn who loves to paint my nails purple starfire and fly under the sea with my good pal Bubbles the mother frakin monkey!!!!!
That’s called sarcasm kids, that’s cause the NFL’s copyright warning is a bunch of bullsheet. BULLLLLLLSHEEEEEEET!
The NFL wants to SCARE people into thinking they own EVERYTHING about the NFL. If the above copyright was entirely true I couldn’t take a picture of an NFL game (on my own camera even) and SHOW you that picture without the NFL’s consent (and I sure couldn’t post that picture on YouTube or Facebook). That makes NO senses, it is MY picture and I took it on MY equipment. Even if I would take a picture of my TV, while an NFL game is on, I’d still need consent?!?! That is retarded! That’s because the NFL is retarteded and they are LIERS!
How about another example? Well, the copyright says “descriptions”. So on Monday when I’m standing at the water cooler I can’t even DESCRIBE how my Washington Redskins opened a barrel of whoop-ass on them pansy ass Dallas Cowboys. No, I’d need consent from the NFL to even DESCRIBE what I saw. That’s like telling a police office, “I’d love to describe the crime to you but I don’t have the copyright from the criminal to describe what happened.”
What bullsheet. Utter bullsheet.

Another thing is YOU CANNOT COPYRIGTH HISTORY! No one can copyright that the atomic bomb was dropped on Japan, no one can copyright that Obama is our president, and no one can copyright that the Pittsburgh Steelers are the current defending NFL Champions. History happened, so it is free game. The NFL is saying they OWN history. I can’t tell someone that my Redskins are 3-time champs??!?! BULLSHEET!!!!
The NFL are bullies! They are purposely deceiving the public. Hell, they are even FORCING their players, staff, and the MEDIA from using Twitter and services like Twitter to report happenings about the NFL! What babies! Are you scared NFL? Are you scared that since your writers suck and your commentators suck (BOOM, Tough Acting Tinactin! Thank FSM John Madden is retiring, I mean I’ll miss jems like “If they want to win the game they will need to score points”) that people will get their NFL information from sources outside the NFL? Well tough titty because IT’S LEGAL! If I wanted to I could watch an NFL game, and then REPRODUCE said NFL game using my WWE action figures (they are action figures, not dolls) and the NFL wouldn’t be able to do jack sheet except cry about it. Wanna sue me NFL? BE MY GUEST! I’ll happily take you to court because the truth is someone needs to stop these lies. LIER LIER FOOTBALL PANTS ON FIRE!!!

I hate the NFL, I really do. But until someone else brings a football league that can compete then the only thing we’ll have is the NFL. But due to the amount of retarded rednecks in this world, the NFL will continue. Because people would rather watch their teams then raise their kids. Angry Minute What ever happened to Personal Accountability? It used to be that people took responsibility for their own actions. It used to be that people, when they did wrong, admitted to such wrongness and moved on.
People in our world no longer have Personal Accountability. It’s never “their” fault; it’s always someone else’s.
This has been pissing me off for a long time because, even though I’m a Douchebag, I’ve always taken personal responsibility for my own actions. I blame no one for my problems except for me. Why? Because I’m a MAN and not a whiney bizitch!
So do you need an example of this heinosity in action? Well I got the perfect example:

Erik Estavillo, a San Jose native, is suing Sony due to a first amendment rights dispute. Erik was “trash talking” during a video game outing on the Playstation 3 and was eventually banned from Sony’s online network for breaching their Terms of Service. Erik “thinks” that Sony is infringing upon his rights to free speech… what do you think?
I think Mr. Estavillo needs to stop being a pansy ass bizitch and take his punishment LIKE A MAN! The article informs that Erik was warned ON THREE SPERERATE OCCASIONS that his language was unacceptable and that if it continued that his FREE MEMBERSHIP to the Playstation Network would be terminated. Obviously Erik continued and Sony decided to release him from said service.
Mr. Estavillo admits to the trash talking, but says “virtually everyone who plays the game participates in the same language”. I guess since everyone was doing it that he shouldn’t be punished?!? I wonder if “virtually everyone else” was reported as well, and if “virtually everyone else” ignored their warnings too. That’s a lot of IFS right there. Guess that means good ol’ Erik was ASSuming, and we all know that means he is making an ASS out of himself!
Erik’s biggest complaint about being suspended is that he has agoraphobia. That means he is afraid of crowds and public places (so no PHYSICAL interation with people). So since he can’t be in society as a functioning member he needs to hide in the dark realm of his basement and play Playstation to retain any sense of being social. But now that the evil drones at Sony have targeted him UNFAIRLY (that’s called sarcasm kids) he has filed suit. He “needs all the support (he) can get” because of his illness/handicap. Erik is suing based on violation of his first amendment rights and on counts of theft due to the inability to access in game credit he has purchased with real money due to the suspension (I currently don’t have access to Playstation’s ToS but I can almost guarantee that Erik forfeited his credits upon getting suspensed AND was most likely reinformed of this during one of his THREE warnings).
This kid (the article says he’s 29 but anyone who acts like this is no adult) needs a reality check.
REALITY – Agoraphobia is a horrid thing to have, but that doesn’t entitle you to ANY special treatment on the Playstation Network. Obviously the people online reported you, which means those people didn’t like you and what you were doing/saying. If you weren’t such a DICK then you wouldn’t have these issues. REALITY – Not everything is protected under the First Amendment. I can’t stand on a sidewalk and just start blurting out obscenities. THAT WOULD BE ILLEGAL. The use of your language was so vile and distasteful that Sony had to think about OTHERS besides yourself. Little kids play these games, and RESPOSIBLE PARENTS don’t want their spawn to hear such filth. Clean your act up and MAYBE these players will want to play with you. There are more people in a game then just your friends, you need to be considerate of EVERYONE and not just yourself.
REALITY – You were WARNED THREE TIMES. What, did you NOT take these warning seriously? In the REAL WORLD when you are given a warning you work to resolve the issue OR… well three strikes and you’re OUT!! What makes YOU so special that YOU don’t have to play by these rules? Being agoraphobic? FEARS ARE NOT RIGHTS!
REALITY – Sony owes you NOTHING. They gave you the OPPPERTUNITY to enjoy their service FOR FREE and you shat all over them and their players. You took advantage of the service, you abused those who use the service, and you showed no disregard or regret about it AT ALL. Even after being suspended you don’t even APOLIGIZE?!?!?! Your defense is “everyone does it”. If everyone else jumped off a bridge would you? Just because others do it DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE RIGHT!
REALITY – The Playstation Network is a PRIVATE network. They owe you NOTHING. You AGREED to Sony’s Terms of Service upon creating your Playstation Network account and in that agreement you promised to play nice or face penilty. Now you are being reprimanded due to your inability to play by the rules. YOU AGREED TO THIS! You are CONTRACTUALLY OBLIGATED to use the service AS AGREED UPON! If you can’t play nice YOU CAN’T PLAY AT ALL!

Erik, you need to learn to take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY for your OWN actions. Regardless of any mental/physical handicap you are just like everyone else when you enter the online world. Isn’t that what you want? To be like everyone else?
The real truth is you want SPECIAL treatment. You want to be able to do whatever you want without repercussions. But you don’t DESERVE any special treatment, you deserve to be BANNED.
As a gamer I’m HAPPY to see you banned. I hate it when DICKHOLES join my game and “talk trash” because they think it makes them “cool”. You’re not cool, you ruined people’s experiences of the game and caused THEM pain and suffering. So I think that the GAMERS should be able to SUE YOU!
Just because you are handicapped doesn’t give you the right to be an ASSHOLE. Get over yourself and learn to take PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY!!!
